Create unique designs for our daily email channel to feature seasonal products & stories.

Working closely with the company’s Ecommerce and Merchandising teams, our Creative team would take daily briefs that listed the desired product list or brand story to tell, and translate them into visual campaigns. These emails were a top priority for the business, as they drove a large percentage of the overall revenue every day.
Email performance was judged by the open rate, click-through-rate (CTR), and the revenue attributed to that email. The team would receive email metrics on a weekly basis indicating which sends had been a relative success to others. Approximating about 2-3 emails a week for 5 years, I developed close to 1,000 emails with the team, many of which were top performers and became design templates we would return to.
